Chad E. Dickerson | Managing partner
Chad Dickerson is the Managing Partner of Real Estate & Energy Partners.
Bringing a diverse background from multiple industries has, in recent years, led him to laser focus his skillset at the intersection of Real Estate & Energy, concentrating on the Midwest and Southeast regions.
The relentless pursuit of excellence drives him to truly understand the clients’ ultimate goals, and historically produce the desired result.
Chad is an active member of various professional and civic organizations including the Kentucky Association of Manufacturing and the American Clean Power Association.
His love of family and community rest atop the list of things most important in his life.
Chad holds Real Estate Sales Licenses in Kentucky, Ohio, and Florida.
Ken holliday | principal broker
Ken Holliday, Principal Broker for Real Estate & Energy Partners, has spent his entire 39-year real estate career in the Northern Kentucky / Greater Cincinnati area.
His continued professionalism and dedication to the Commercial Real Estate Practice has driven him to explore all aspects of real estate brokerage: office, retail, industrial, land development, and investment portfolios; providing tenant representation, purchase vs. lease evaluation, corporate planning, asset disposition, lease re-negotiations, and investment cash-flow analysis.
Ken is a member of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and has completed the course programs for designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), the highest recognized certification in commercial brokerage.
Ken’s hobbies include playing drums at Lakeside Christian Church, cooking at the Mary Rose Mission, and serving abroad with The Way Ministries Guadalajara.
Ken has held a Kentucky Real Estate Broker’s License since 1993.
AMIE STEvie | Vp of Operations
Amie Stevie is the Operations Director for Real Estate & Energy Partners.
She started her Real Estate career in 2007 for Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, which later became Cassidy Turley. She worked in Industrial Property Management at their satellite office in Hebron KY (Airport Exchange).
She left Cassidy Turley in the Spring of 2012 after the birth of her second child and continued to stay home to additionally raise her third child until joining the RE&E team in 2019.
Amie’s organizational skills and attention to detail make her a great asset to the business. She’s excited to put her skillset to use in the real estate and energy industries, and help the partners continue their success.
Her and her husband enjoy volunteering and being involved within their kids’ school programs.
Amie holds a Real Estate Sales License in the State of Kentucky.
Dr. Trent Garrison |
Environmental Policy Advisor
Dr. Trent Garrison is an Environmental Geologist who lives in Lexington, Kentucky. He did is Geoscience coursework at EKU (BS and MS) and PhD at UK, and post-graduate coursework in Public Administration and management at KSU. He also teaches Environmental geology as an adjunct in the KCTCS system and is heavily involved in science-policy in Kentucky.
Outside of that, Trent loves the outdoors, good food, craft beer, traveling, music festivals, his fur family, and spending time working around the house.
P. reid Lemasters | General counsel
Reid represents clients in a wide array of commercial real estate and title matters with particular emphasis on lender, developer, corporate real estate and financing. He has represented many lending institutions and real estate developers in loan documentation, closings, developer acquisition of property, development plans, conventional and structured lending transactions including health care, hospitality, public institutions, energy financing, and other related real estate matters. Reid also has extensive experience in hotel acquisition, development, operation, incentives and tax credits, franchise agreements, and related matters.
Reid was formerly Executive Manager of Frost Brown Todd’s ancillary business and title agency, Multi‑State Title Agency, LLC. He is a licensed attorney in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana and formerly operated Multi‑State in all three states as well as Tennessee, Pennsylvania and Florida. Multi‑State is an agent for several title insurance underwriters in the tri-state region including First American, Fidelity National, Stewart Title, and Old Republic.
